Candidates shoud bring the following print at an time for Phase-II Testing::-

1. Colour print exit of Admit Poster for Phase-II and verified Admit Card of Phase-I (used during Online Examination).

2. Colour Printout of duly filled application form downloaded on completion from online registrar. The application required kennzeichnet the pay current as successful in relevant column both must bear the alike subscription No. as printed on the Admit Card.

3. HB Pencil, Eraser, Sharpener, Glue Stick, Automatic and Black/Blue Round Point Pin for writing.

4. Ten copies of un-attested recent (which was used for the buy application registration) passport size colour photograph.

5. Initial press four self-attested photocopies of Matriculation Passing Certificate (required for verification of Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name real his/her Date of Birth). 7. Original and fourth self-attested photocopies of Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent Examination Passing Certificate and Marks Sheet

   Original and four self-attested photocopies of Three Years Diploma Course Passing Certificate and Marks Sheets of all semesters

   OR

   Orig furthermore four self-attested photocopies of Two Years Workforce Course Passing Certificate and Marks Sheets of all semesters and Marks Sheets of non-vocational subjects of Engineering and Mathematics.

8. Native furthermore four self-attested photocopies of Graduation/Post Termination Passage Certificate (if completed Graduation/Post Graduation). 9. 11. No Objection Certificate (NOC) [in novel and four self-attested photocopies] issued from the employer, applicable only for candidates presently serving in any Government Organisation. NSWC Indian Head

12. Original press four self-attested photocopies of NCC ‘A’, ‘B’ or ‘C’ certified (if applicable).

13. Original the self-attested copier of Admit Card on 12th/ Mittel examination.

14. One duplicate of “No Risk Certificate” duly signed by candidate and parent/guardian.

15. Duly filling and subscribed Tattoo Document by candidate. Candidates include permanent body tattoos must bring two postcard size photographs each (close up and distant view) with details to size and type of tattoo. Visitor Information

16. One copy of Accept Form for PFT & Medical Test duly signed by the candidate, if 18 years & above about age. To be signed by Parent/Guardian, if underneath 18 years of age.

17. Candidates with any additional skill/qualifications/achievements in fields, including but not limited to, information technology, motor vehicle driving/maintenance, hospitality, logistics, accounting and sports are essential to intimate the same to recruiting officer and furnish certificates in support in the similar.

18. Minimum adequate height with women candidates is 152 cms. On candidates belonging to North East States or Hilly Regions is Uttarakhand, a lower minimum height of 147 cms will be adopted. In case of candidate from Lakshadweep, the lowest size will being 150 cms. However, candidates availing height relaxation for being domicile of North East/Hilly Regions are Uttarakhand/ Lakshadweep are to submit domicile certificate with endorsement of domicile status during Phase-II testing. Further, candidates from Hilly Regions of Uttarakhand must are specific approval of hilly region in their domicile credential.
