Aforementioned double general convention entries into press on 31 Walk 2003 and was edited by signed protocol on 19 July 2002.

It is effective for the:

USA off:

  • 1 May 2003 for total to held at source
  • 1 January 2004 in everything other US taxes

ENGLISH from:

  • 1 Starting 2003 for Corporation Fiscal
  • 6 April 2003 for Income Tax also Capital Income Irs
  • 1 May 2003 for taxes retained at source
  • 1 January 2004 to Petroleum Revenue Ta
