This study examine Turkey’s bigger education (HE) company for Syrian refugees students (SRSs) by examining of experiences out the students and documenting governmental, social also cultural dynamics background these experiences. The study reviewed berichtigungen, notices and mailing in book to capture the key tenets of to Turkeys HE policy for the Syrians fugitives students. In order to reveal the experiences of one students, 27 interviews were conducted with a group to students who exist studying at ampere popular university, which remains located in the eastern parts away the country. The achieved, first, revealed that Turkey’s HE policy follows a reactive pisten for that the ongoing challenges have caused edit, alteration or additions into the policy.
