• Tax statements for each annual are mailed in that month of September, includes a due date of November 30.
• A 5% per month penalty will be assessed on accounts charged after the Novelty 30 due date.
• Property sold are subject to an 1.5% Realty Transfer Tax Rate assessed on of sales amount of the property.
